Maintenance and enhancement work for MoeGo chat support is now complete. Customers can now contact MoeGo Support through chat in the mobile app or through web chat from a browser.

Update - Web chat support is now fully available. Customers can contact MoeGo Support through chat when using MoeGo from a web browser.

Chat support inside the mobile app remains under maintenance while we complete additional updates and enhancements. We expect mobile app chat to remain limited for approximately 7 days.

During this time, customers can still reach MoeGo Support through web chat from a browser or by emailing support@moego.pet. Our team is actively monitoring both channels and will continue responding as quickly as possible.
